Chloe and Jordan are nice weight management coaches. Their approach is very encouraging, and the program requires little exercise, which attracted me to sign up. I lost almost 8kg of weight, which was 12% of my weight, and most importantly, it built my metabolism, and there was a 5kg fat loss.

Prices vary from $170+ to $360 by Credit card installments depending on the customer’s baseline visceral and body fat levels and their goals. Book an appointment for a complimentary body Composition test to know your baseline.

How does the program include exercises?

It depends on individual goals; if the client’s goal is purely fat loss, exercise is not needed. However, if their goal is to have 6-pack abs, exercises will be programmed for them by their coach.

The class is a value add for the program, where nutrition knowledge and practical application will be shared with clients. Weekly reviews are also conducted to give clients a progress chart and to motivate all participants.
